Tom is our Head Chef, and always will be.
His breadth of knowledge regarding the culinary arts
suprise each one of us
every time we step into the kitchen.
He's known for saying "I've seen it made." very casually,
and then crafting whatever we were discussing, from memory,
without flaw, despite never actually making it prior.
Tom is, simply put, an amazing Chef.
And sorry ladies, he's newly married.

Bob is an Associate Chef, and where would we be without
him?
Most people wouldn't even know that Bob is on staff due
to his quiet humility. Tucked away in the kitchen he
tirelessly completes task after task.
If he isn't setting up, he's prepping, if not that he's
cooking, and still he finds time to wash dishes better and
faster than anyone I have ever seen.
Bob is the workhorse of the group and without him none of
this would be possible

John is an Associate Chef, and he is the saucy one, yes
saucy.
Now I say that not only because he is Irish, Mexican and
Kentuckian, but because he is a darn good cook. John is one
of our key creative minds and our 'presentation specialist.'
When it not only tastes good, but looks good on your plate,
you can thank John.
John is known for his amazing vegetable dishes and sauces
that are a marvel to the gods.
Yes, ladies, your hearts are broken, he's engaged.

Abe is an Associate Chef, and is easily the shortest in
the kitchen.
He bounces around the kitchen like a hyper 10 year old,
repeatedly asking Tom for instruction.
Abe is known for telling people to get out of the
kitchen (without mercy).
